
Asian Halal Lamb Mince
Here's a delicious lamb recipe shared with us by @food_with_fatty
Ingredients:
- Halal Lamb Mince
- 5 grated Garlic cloves
- ½ cup of Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of vinegar
- ¼ cup of Oyster sauce
- ¼ cup of Hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp of Chilli powder
- 1 tbsp of Chilli flakes
- 1 large Onion diced
- 4 sprigs of Spring Onions sliced
- 1 ½ cups of Vegetable stock
- Sesame seeds
- Oil
Recipe Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, chilli flakes and chill powder. Mix and set aside.

Heat about ¾ tbsp of oil. Add in the onions and garlic. Sprinkle over some salt and cook for a few minutes.

Add in ¾ of the spring onions and cook for a minute or so.

Add in Haloodies Lamb mince and cook till the mince is browned.

Once the mince has fully cooked, pour in the sauce and bring to a bubble.

Pour in the vegetable stock and let it reduce by half. Once reduced and sauce is thick, turn off heat.

7. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve with egg fried rice.
