
Halal Arayes Kafta
Ingredients:
- 150g of Haloodies Minced Lamb
- 150g of Haloodies Minced Beef
- ½ cup of chopped parsley
- 1 medium Onion finely diced
- ½ tsp of turmeric
- 1 tsp of paprika
- ¼ tsp of Aleppo pepper
- ¼ tsp of All spice
- 1 tbsp of Pepper paste
- 1 packet of Pita bread
Recipe Instructions:
- For the filling, mix all the ingredients besides the pepper paste and pita bread.
- Spread a thin layer of pepper paste onto the pita pockets and stuff with the kafta mixture.
- Grill in a sandwich press or in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve with slices of lemon
