  • Haloodies Chicken Leg Quarters
  • ¼ tsp of turmeric
  • 2 mashed garlic gloves
  • ¼ tsp of Aleppo pepper
  • ¼ tbsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of pepper paste
  • 1 tsp of tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp of Olive oil
  • 1 Gluten free rice
  • 3 onions diced
  • ¼ cup of pine nuts
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • Sumac

Chicken Musakhan  Halal Recipe

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Rub Haloodies Chicken Leg Quarters with all the spices and marinade ingredients
  2. On a tray place the rice tortilla, add the onions, sumac, and olive oil. Mix well.
  3. Lay the chicken on top and sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake at 350f for 50 minutes
