
Halal Chicken Musakhan

Ingredients:
- Haloodies Chicken Leg Quarters
- ¼ tsp of turmeric
- 2 mashed garlic gloves
- ¼ tsp of Aleppo pepper
- ¼ tbsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of pepper paste
- 1 tsp of tomato paste
- 2 tbsp of Olive oil
- 1 Gluten free rice
- 3 onions diced
- ¼ cup of pine nuts
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- Sumac
Recipe Instructions:
- Rub Haloodies Chicken Leg Quarters with all the spices and marinade ingredients
- On a tray place the rice tortilla, add the onions, sumac, and olive oil. Mix well.
- Lay the chicken on top and sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake at 350f for 50 minutes
