
Halal Chicken Thigh Wraps
This week, @food_with_fatty shares a wonderful recipe for Chicken Thigh Wraps to be enjoyed by the whole family.
Ingredients:
- Halal Chicken Thigh Fillets
- 1 tbsp of Paprika
- 2 tsp of Cumin
- 2 tsp of Ground coriander
- 1 tsp of Salt
- ½ of Ground black pepper
- 2 tsp of Garlic powder
- 2 tsp of Onion powder
- 2 tsp of Kashmiri Chilli powder
- 1 lime
- 1 Red onion
- 1 tomato
- Mint Chutney
- Flat Bread
- 3 tbsp of Oil
Recipe Instructions:

In a bowl mix together all the spices and oil to form a paste.

Add in Haloodies Chicken Thighs and leave to marinate for a minimum of an hour

Heat up a griddle pan, add some oil to the pan and wait till smoky.

Turn the heat down and place the chicken thighs on the griddle. Cook on each side for about 5 minutes or so.

Slice the red onion and tomato then mix.

Layer the wraps with the red onion salad mix, then the chicken. Squeeze over the juice of half a lime and then the mint chutney. Wrap and serve.
