Chicken leg quarters are ideal to roast in the oven. Their versatility means you can put any marinade on or simply roast with herbs for a fabulous culinary creation. The skin has been left on especially so the marinade can soak into the meat and make the dish more tender and flavor some. Ideally served having been cooked with garlic and oregano and served with creamy mash or roast potatoes. Or why not feed the family with delicious roasted tandoori chicken legs, and conjure up memories of being a kid, made just like mum used to make!
