Storage

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Always store fresh meat away from cooked meats. Once opened use immediately. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly within a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted do not refreeze.

 

Instructions

TO COOK. Do not cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Brush the chicken with oil and season with salt and pepper (optional). Preheat a pan over a high heat, open out the thigh fillet and carefully place in the dry pan. Cook for 9-11 minutes, turning frequently to give an even colour. Always ensure the food is cooked throughout before serving. Ensure juices run clear, if pink cook a little longer. Do not reheat. Once cooked, place on a warm dish. Let it rest for 20 minutes before carving for best results.
