We take our 1.4kg whole chicken and spatchcock it for you; meaning we flatten it for faster cooking.  Spatchcock Chicken is a great alternative to a traditional whole chicken especially when you are short on time. You still get all the juicy flavours of cooking a whole chicken, but it takes roughly half the time to cook. Great for the bbq but just as good in your oven. Perfect for roasting whole as a Sunday lunch, or marinating and popping under the grill or on the barbecue,
